The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA) extends its condolences to the families and friends of the eight victims, including six members of the Asian Pacific American community, murdered in the shootings in metro Atlanta. These violent events in metro Atlanta are particularly painful during this time of increasing violence targeting the Asian Pacific American community. We urge law enforcement officials to conduct a full investigation and to take all appropriate action to address anti-Asian Pacific American violence.
