APABA-PA welcomes Richard Ting as its 2021 President!

Rich is the first APABA-PA President based outside the Philadelphia area, which marks a critical development in APABA-PA’s growth as a statewide affinity bar association. Rich has served on APABA-PA’s board since 2015, and been active in APABA’s statewide outreach, policy, finance, and Marutani fellowship committees. Rich is currently a staff attorney at Disability Rights Pennsylvania. Previously, Rich was a volunteer attorney at the ACLU of Pennsylvania and spent 12 years in private practice with a focus on intellectual property law. Rich clerked for the Honorable Cathy Bissoon of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
