Philadelphia Sanctuary Policy Still Stands

• Local police and city agencies cannot collaborate with ICE for an arrest and they cannot ask about your immigration status or citizenship. Sanctuary Schools Policy includes: not collecting citizenship information for children, not collaborating with ICE, and providing language access programs.
