Chung, the first Asian Pacific American Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The reception for Judge Chung will take place on November 6, 2023 at Hotel Monaco, 620 William Penn Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
