COVID-19 has put a spotlight on the mental health concerns of children and the epidemic of bullying impacting K-12 students across the country. National Asian Pacific American Bar Association has created a resource guide on responding to acts of bullying and harassment in K-12 schools. This guide will provide you with a model responses and guide to working with impacted families. APABA-PA and several other organizations contributed in the creation of this guide. In the last years, APABA-PA has provided resources and guidance to NAPABA on anti-bullying initiatives based upon our past advocacy, including in the Lower Moreland School District and South Philly High incidents.
